YANGPU District police have detained a man for allegedly swindling 1.8 million yuan (US$263,628) through the Internet. Officers said Chen Jiangfa pretended to be a stock analyst on a bogus investment Website. Chen was caught in Fujian Province with the help of Fujian police.
