New card lets you cut in line, also emission, at Expo

PEOPLE can cut in line to enter some popular Expo pavilions by buying a special transport card at 40 yuan (US$5.85) now sold at the Expo site.
The card was issued by the Expo organizer and half of the income will be used to plant trees and support projects to cut carbon dioxide emission.
People who buy the card will help reduce one ton of carbon dioxide emission at the Expo site, literarily speaking.
The Netherlands Pavilion yesterday began inviting people with that card to enter the pavilion by a VIP entrance between August 22 and 28.
The pavilions of Spain, Luxembourg, Norway, Brazil and USA also planned to offer fast access to card holders in September.
The card is available at "We Are Family" Pavilion in Zone C. The first batch of this special transport card will be sold to corporate buyers.
