A FOREIGNERS’ permanent residence service center will open on September 16, Shanghai police said yesterday. With the opening of the facility, the window for the service at Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration Bureau’s application center on 1500 Minsheng Road will close. Those who applied for permanent residence at the Minsheng Road center this year should collect their permanent residence cards at the new center located in Building 8-9, Lane 36, Xuelin Road, in the Pudong New Area. The Exit-Entry Administration can be contacted on the hotline 28951900.
