TWO people who allegedly pretended to be delivery men and defrauded 18 online buyers out of more than 6,000 yuan (US$952) by sending them fake products in pay-on-delivery scheme have been arrested and charged with fraud, Minhang District prosecutors said yesterday. The suspects, Yang Ming and Wu Qing, bought the clients' information, including mobile numbers and delivery addresses, from illegal vendors.
