Parents accuse teacher molesting their 3-year-old daughter

Angry parents of a three-year-old girl protested today in a privately-run kindergarten in Shanghai, accusing a woman teacher of molesting their daughter by inserting a kidney bean into her vagina.
The parents said they took the girl for an emergency surgery last Tuesday to take the bean out, four days after the 25-year-old teacher, surnamed Lin, put it into their daughter's vagina.
Though police began probe into the case a week ago, no conclusion has been made. The kindergarten said their surveillance footages were "automatically deleted" and the girl is too young to be a witness.
The Gelin Bilingual Kindergarten on Kongjiang Road, Yangpu District, apologized to the family last week and begged them not to tell the local media, promising to resolve the issue quickly, "but they did nothing, just postponing it," said the girl's father surnamed Lin.
Police are still investigating the case.
