Pharmacy Will Promote TCM

THE Expo Village will have its one and only pharmacy at the beginning of next year, with an energy-saving structure providing a variety of drugs, especially traditional Chinese medicines.
"We are willing to use the World Expo as a platform to promote TCM across the world," said Qian Jieyuan, director of Shanghai New Huashi Pharmacy, who is in charge of the pharmacy.
Different from other pharmacies, the one at the Expo Village will set up TCM counters to display remedies and introduce their usages to visitors.
