Police catch suspect in ATM theft case

A MAN was caught stealing money from an ATM at Hongqiao Railway Station, railway police said yesterday.
The suspect, surnamed Zhang, disguised himself as a security guard and withdrew 15,000 yuan (US$2,400) from an ATM after a railway passenger forgot the bank card, police said. Zhang later used the money to buy flight tickets to tour around the country until the money was spent, police said.
