A THIEF turned himself in after leaving his cell phone at a burglary scene, Jiading District police said yesterday. The suspect, surnamed Jin, broke into an office on Xingrong Road on Thursday night and stole more than 10,000 yuan (US$1,604) of high-end cigarettes. Police contacted Jin after investigating the cell phone.
