TWELVE officers of Shanghai police are to launch microblogs on Eastday.com today to communicate with residents on the Internet, police said last night.
The officers, including Huang Yi, who hosts a program on the mobile television on the city's bus and Metro systems, will listen to residents and share the laughter and tears of their daily job online.
