Portuguese artist’s painting show opens in City Shop outlet

AN art show launched in an outlet of City Shop yesterday. Twenty-two paintings by Portuguese artist Carolina Serpa Marques would be shown there for free at the supermarket until Sunday.

The show jointly launched by the store and Consulate-General of Portugal in Shanghai exhibits paintings which reflect Portuguese history and traditional culture.

Customers and art fans can go to the supermarket at Sun Moon Light Center on Xujiahui Road to enjoy the paintings. Those who are interested also can buy them.
