FOUR people have been detained for alleged thefts in a shopping mall in Changning District, police said yesterday.
The suspects were found collecting receipts thrown away by other customers, police said. They then went to the same store and stole the clothes listed on the receipts. They then asked for refunds several days later. The suspects were caught on January 22.
