AN expressway that loops around the city suffered a four-hour tie-up after a truck slid off the rain-slicked road yesterday morning.
The driver was slightly injured, police said. The accident occurred in Baoshan District about 5:30am when the vehicle hit the road barriers and turned over, a witness said.
