THE number of robbery cases has dropped by more than 50 percent in the city's Bund area compared to last year, Huangpu District officers said yesterday. They also said regular exercises in a training center which opened to the public yesterday helped enhance police abilities during emergency situations. Training involved firearms and the use of more than 200,000 bullets every year.
