LIN Huiyin, also known as Phyllis Lin, was a noted 20th century Chinese beauty who had a romance with famous Chinese poet Xu Zhimo before she married Liang.
Xu pursued pure love, freedom and beauty all his life.
In 1922, he studied at King's College, Cambridge, in England, where he was influenced by Romantic poets and wrote his most famous work, "Saying Goodbye to Cambridge Again."
In 2008, a 2-ton white marble memorial to the poet was unveiled at the college.
