HEALTH supervision agencies conducted a checkup on 21 outlets of Shanghai Xiuyu Beauty Parlor. Fifteen outlets were found not to have health permits and some staff in outlets on Si chuan Road and Guoquan Road didn't have health licenses.
Two outlets, on Xietu Road and Lanxi Road, were offering acupuncture without a medical permit. Authorities shut outlets without permits.
