CHANGHAI Hospital, in cooperation with Yangpu District police, have swooped on a dozen scalpers in the hospital. The two-day action started at 5am on Monday as police caught scalpers waiting in line for fake appointments with doctors.
Patients said the scalpers came to the hospital very early and took multiple waiting numbers. The price of a number sold by a scalper is usually five times higher than its original price tag.
