Scam suspects caught

TWO telecom scam suspects from Taiwan were caught by Shanghai police after fleeing to escape police in Taiwan. The suspects, one surnamed Wang and the other Huang, used Internet investment scams to rob victims. They had been wanted by police since December and were returned to Taiwan.
