Student, 19, dies after training

A Shanghai Ocean University student died while participating in military training on campus over the weekend.
Hu Jiajie, a 19-year-old freshman, fainted about 5:40pm near the end of Saturday's training. He was given first aid and then rushed to Nanhui Central Hospital at 6:10pm but died there despite 2 1/2 hours of lifesaving efforts. The university started the annual military drill for freshmen on August 26.
