Summer camp for children of migrant workers

A summer camp sponsored by the Pudong District Government today received 150 children whose parents are migrant workers in Pudong.
They met another 100 children who were visiting their migrant parents in Shanghai during summer vacation.
The group visited the Pudong Library and Shanghai Animation & Comics Museum in Zhangjiang where they watched 3-D animation movies and made potteries.
This is the first time for the district government to organize such an event for the children of migrant workers and the event organizers said they will hold the summer camp every year in the future.
