A MAN suspected of murdering a mother and daughter last week in Pudong has died in Shanghai East Hospital after an apparent suicide attempt left him with a head wound, hospital officials said yesterday.
Wan Jianmin, 51, died shortly after 3am yesterday. Police are still investigating the case after Ding Jixiang and her 18-year-old daughter were found dead in a pool of blood at their home.
