Suspect surrenders after man stabbed to death

A MAN surnamed Xiang of about 50 was stabbed to death around 11:30am yesterday in Putuo District, and the suspect has surrendered to police, authorities said.
The victim, killed in an apartment on Zhidan Road, was found with knife wounds on his body. The suspect, Fan, 53, told police after he surrendered that he had an on-going conflict with Xiang.
Fan is an ex-convict, according to the report. Police did not release any other details of the case.
