TAIWAN has named actress Lin Chi-ling as one of its ambassadors for Taiwan Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
Lin is often referred to as the island's most beautiful woman and has starred in films such as "Red Cliff" and "The Treasure Hunter." Other ambassadors for the pavilion include singer and host Tao Ching Ying and entrepreneur Cher Wang. Taiwan will recruit 15 more ambassadors.
