TAIWAN residents can now prolong their visa in Chinese mainland from a maximum of one year to two, Shanghai officials said yesterday. The Shanghai Exit and Entry Administration Bureau said maximum visa validity for Taiwan residents is extended to two years and the application is available as of today. The fee is still 100 yuan (US$15.7).
