"THE Golden Tip Competition" at the Czech Pavilion has been one of the most popular with visitors.
The competition invites visitors to guess how much pure gold was used to make the LacrimAu, a teardrop covered in gold. The weight would be 1 ton if the teardop was made entirely of gold. The result and winners were revealed yesterday.
The true weight is 4.3 grams, while the closest answer was 4.37g. Nine winners with closest answers got 50,000 yuan (US$7,476) each, the next ten after them received 5,000 yuan each.
