Trains delayed by Jiangxi crash
YESTERDAY'S train accident in Jiangxi Province continued to affected trains leaving and arriving at Shanghai South Railway Station today.
Rail officials said the regular train timetable will resume within a week as the damaged track was repaired by late yesterday.
Authorities said that three train services were cancelled today and the passengers had been given ticket refunds. They were to Hunan Province's Huaihua and Guangzhou Province's Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
Five or six trains faced long delays at the southern station today.
Long-distance buses were still popular today with travelers, with tickets to Guangzhou sold out. One extra service was added today compared with six yesterday.
