Truck repairman killed in collision accident

A mechanic was killed in a rear-end collision early this morning on Highway A30, a suburban loop, in the city's Fengxian District.
The man was called to repair a container truck that broke down on the highway. As he was lying under the truck to check the problem, another container truck crashed into the parked vehicle and rolled over him.
The mechanic was immediately sent to a hospital for rescue but he succumbed to his injuries.
The man was from Anhui Province but his name was not revealed.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
