Unauthorized cruise tickets sold
ABOUT 100 people who paid for a Royal Caribbean cruise that left Shanghai for South Korea last Friday were not allowed to board the ship as the company said yesterday that their tickets were sold by an unauthorized agency.
Gu Jianbin, deputy director of the Shanghai Tourism Bureau's market management department, said police are investigating the case.
