TRAFFIC on a downtown road was disrupted yesterday after an old woman stepped into a vehicle lane and fell out of fear. Witnesses said the woman walked on Wuzhong Road about 8:40am and slipped to the ground after a truck riding behind horned to warn her, people said. She was taken to a hospital.
