COLLEGE graduates are being given incentives to start their own firms, the State Council said yesterday. These include guaranteed loans and subsidies for opening online shops, while small and micro technology firms will get benefits if they recruit a certain number of college graduates. Local governments have also been urged to prioritize jobs for college graduates.
