THE city government plans to set up a 14 billion yuan (US$2.06 billion) fund from 2011 to 2015 to implement the City Outline for Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development, officials said yesterday.
The fund will be used to improve the development of high-end universities, education internationalization and life long learning.
