NYU Shanghai students roll out prototype senior care app

TEN students in NYU Shanghai hammered out in five days a multifunctional and simplistic prototype app targeting local senior citizens.
After nine days of preliminary research, these undergraduates from different majors worked out the “Health Front” prototype in a five-day design sprint, a methodology developed by Google Ventures to rapidly build and test a working prototype.
“We just want the app to be a new platform where the elderly can enter and have everything in one place, and it’s well received by our testers,” said Kacper Krasonwiak, a finance major team member.
Some details of this app will be further improved in the future.
