Asia Electronics Exhibition starts today in Pudong

THE three-day Asia Electronics Exhibition kicks off today at Shanghai New International Expo Center in the Pudong New Area.
A total of some 1,300 companies are participating in the exhition, showing products like digital consumer goods, family entertainment items, automobile electronic products, personal computers and personal information products, communication gadgets and electronic components.
In addition to the section for China's mainland, the exhibition has special display areas for Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan showing the latest technology in eletronic products.
The Japan section is put on by the Japan Electronics Show and COM JAPAN, famous Japanese exhibitions.
