Health care plan near completion

THE local plan for health care reform under national guidelines calling for increased investment in state-owned hospitals, doctor training and rural health care, will be completed in this year's third quarter, the local government said yesterday.
Authorities will also work out a more specific three-year plan later this year to improve the local health care reform scheme, officials said.
