A WOMAN from North America who took off her clothes in public is receiving treatment at the Shanghai Mental Health Center, the Entry-Exit Administration Bureau said yesterday.
The woman suddenly left her apartment earlier this month and began to live in different hotels every night. On February 9, she had a quarrel at a hotel, breaking vases, and then appeared topless near Fuxing Road W. The woman was confirmed to suffer from manic depression, and was sent to the center at her father's request.
