More drinking cases at hospitals

LOCAL hospitals said 10 to 20 percent more patients who drank too much are coming in during the recent peak of annual banquets.
Hospital officials said there are fewer people with serious alcohol poisoning, but many are coming in with other symptoms.
"We receive about four to five such patients every day," said Yu Fei, an official from the Shanghai No. 10 People's Hospital.
