SHANGHAI Health Bureau said yesterday that district and city-based hospitals would offer bilingual services at outpatient departments during the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
The city has about 20 joint-venture medical facilities and some 30 VIP departments at state-owned hospitals offering high-end services to expatriates and domestic patients.
