13 hurt when concrete mixer, bus collide in Shanghai

THIRTEEN people were injured after a concrete mixer truck slammed into a bus this morning in Shanghai.
The truck crashed into the No. 19 bus at the intersection of Xinzha Road and Chengdu Road N. around 6:40am.
Of the 20 or so passengers on board, 13 were taken to the nearby Changzheng Hospital for treatment. Most of them had bruises and cuts. One was seriously injured.
The windows of both vehicles were shattered and the rear door of the bus was mangled in the accident.
Witnesses said the accident happened because one of the vehicles were running a yellow light.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
