Two people were injured and about 30 buses affected after a trolley bus broke down yesterday at the intersection of Zhoujiazui Road and Xinjian Road in Hongkou District. The bus stopped about 10:30am when one of its connecting poles broke and severed an overhead wire. Repair work finished two hours later. Two men tripped on the fallen wire and were taken to hospital.
