Car-truck crash kills 2, injures 3 in Pudong

TWO people were killed and three others were injured when a truck crashed with a car early this morning on a highway in Pudong District.
Police said the accident occurred on Nanlu Highway, close to Hulu Expressway in Pudong, at 0:14am. Two people died in the accident but they have not been identified. The other three were sent to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
Initial investigation ruled out drunk driving or drug abuse after the two drivers' blood samples were tested.
