THE Spring Festival forecast calls for partly sunny skies and a wider temperature range between day and night, the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said yesterday. The intermittent rain of the past few days will end today. However, it will still be cold at night over the next few days. Today the temperature will range between minus 1 degree Celsius and 4 degrees. Tomorrow is expected to be mostly cloudy with sunny periods with a low of minus 3 degrees and a high of 5 degrees.
