City faces chilly weekend ahead

THIS weekend will be chilly and fine – with overnight lows of at least minus 2 degrees Celsius downtown and minus 3 or 4 in the suburbs, weathermen said today.
Tomorrow it should reach 5 degrees during the day, dropping to 3 degrees on Sunday. However, warmer weather will return next week, forecasters said.
"The cold front will come down from the North for the weekend," said Li Jinyu, a forecaster with the bureau.
