Festival road restrictions

TEMPORARY parking spaces and cab stands will be set up in the Yuyuan Garden area in Huangpu District to help handle large crowds expected for Sunday's traditional Lantern Festival, traffic police said.
Traffic restrictions enforced through Sunday night were put in place yesterday, including a ban on cars on parts Renmin, Fuxing and Henan roads.
The restrictions begin in the afternoon and end after 10pm each day, traffic police said.
Some small roads in the Yuyuan Garden area will be made one-way.
