Foreign consults for train survivor

TWO-YEAR-OLD Xiang Weiyi, the last survivor of the deadly trash crash that killed 40 people in Wenzhou on July 23, is expected to receive group consultation by experts from home and abroad at Xinhua Hospital this morning.
The foreign experts who came to Shanghai under the arrangement of the Ministry of Health, arrived in the city yesterday afternoon. Their arrival was under the request of Xiang's family.
