Line 9 services affected

Metro Line 9 was hit by technical glitches twice during morning rush hour yesterday. A signal failure hit services at 7:20am, causing delays. Hours later another malfunction between Lujiabang Road and Yanggao Road M. stations disrupted schedule.

Regular services were restored eventually. Affected commuters can claim refunds within seven working days. They were told to download an apology letter from the Metro website (www.shmetro.com) as proof for being late for work.
