Metro pass delayed

THE debut of a three-day pass on Shanghai's Metro will be delayed as flaws have been detected during recent testing, Metro officials said yesterday. The ticket, priced at 45 yuan (US$7), was to have started today but the operator postponed it by a week and apologized to riders.
