OPERATIONAL procedures for staff of the city's Metro are to be reviewed in the wake of a fatal accident on Monday when a local woman died after her hand got stuck in a train door. Some passengers had questioned why staff didn't notice the woman had got stuck before the train moved off. The dead woman's family is waiting for the accident investigation report while at the same time talking with the Metro operator about compensation.
