More shuttle lines to open in Pudong

NEW shuttle bus lines will open in the Pudong New Area to help solve the problems residents have had getting from Metro stations and transport hubs to large residential communities.
With the new routes, all 61 Metro stations in Pudong will be linked to residential areas. Pudong already has 41 shuttle bus lines with routes ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 kilometers to cover more than 20 communities and towns. They connect to Metro Lines 2, 4, 6 and 7. Yet some 18 other large residence complexes are left behind and the current buses are insufficient to handle increasing demands.
