TRAFFIC restrictions will affect the downtown Xintiandi area for the New Year celebration from midnight tomorrow to 1am Sunday, police said.
The 24-hour traffic ban will be carried out on part of Hubin Road and Shunchang Road in Xintiandi for the staging and countdown celebration for the New Year.
