MOTORISTS whose car plates went missing last Friday can try contacting Minhang District traffic police, as officers have collected plates lost in heavy rain. Minhang traffic police said when vehicles drove down the Outer Ring Road at the Wuzhong Road section on Friday, some car plates were detached due to the heavy rain and deep water gathered there.
