Pudong airport gets 4D mini movie theater

A SMALL 4D movie theater has opened at Pudong International Airport, the first one of its kind in Shanghai.
The “film experience hall” at the arrival area for international flights in Terminal 2 has eight seats, and the films it screens are 10-minute shorts that take the audience on different adventures.
Special effects like vibration, spray, wind and snowflakes will be part of the experience, although it does not have 3D effects. The film hall is open 9am to 9:30pm, and each show costs 30 yuan (US$4.83) per person.
There are two 4D film halls at Beijing Capital International Airport, and another one is expected to open at Terminal 1 of Pudong International this year.
